As part of strengthening the psychological resilience of the beneficiaries of the Safe Zone of Malakasa and the Aspropyrgos Emergency Accommodation Facility for Unaccompanied Minors (EAFUM), a psychoeducational workshop through Mandala art was held for 54 people, focusing on trauma processing and psychological release through the creative arts. Specifically, the symbolic meaning of colors was analyzed, along with how rhythmic drawing using a compass helps regulate the nervous system and manage stress effectively. The beneficiaries designed their own mandalas, exploring how their structure reflects the human psyche and promotes inner balance.
